Wednesday in conference report the Commissioner of the Government of Port-au-Prince, Me Paul Eronce Villard, announced that in the case of the massacre of La Saline, where at least 71 people were murdered on November 13, 2018 https://www.haitilibre.com/docs/8-CP-La-Saline-bilan-revise-20Dec2018.pdf that about 11 people were apprehended in the context of this file which is in the hands of judge Chavannes Étienne in charge of the instruction.

In addition, following an investigation into the La Saline massacre, the Central Directorate of the Judicial Police (DCPJ) is demanding from the Public Prosecutor's Office of Port-au-Prince the arrest of several persons, including the the Director General of the Ministry of the Interior Fednel Monchery and the Departmental Delegate of West Rigaud Duplan and Jimmy Chérizier an agent of the National Police of Haiti (PNH), Grégory Antoine aka "Ti Grég", Bout JanJan et al for their alleged involvement in this massacre and who must be sent to the criminal court for murder, criminal conspiracy, and illegal possession of firearm among other charges.
